Trip to JAIPUR.

Place: New Delhi. Date: 03.06.09 Day: Wednesday Time: 04.00 p.m.
I was relaxing as always. I like to stay relaxed 24*7. I receive a call, "Is it Mr. Sunny Nagpal?", I immediately answer, "Yes, How can I help you?".... The line is transferred and I get to hear a sweet voice of a lady....my GOD she was sweet and polished over the phone. :) Anyways, coming to the point..after a exchange of few words, meeting fixed, next day 09.00 a.m. at the school premises in Jaipur.

GOD is great. I got my e-ticket in 5 minutes. The train was to depart from Delhi at 10.35 p.m. and was supposed to reach Jaipur at 3.20 a.m. GOD's plans, HE ALONE knows and HE simply watches the play. We should also learn the art of being a SEER.. enjoying the show - the super hit movie of our life.

My God, reaching the station...my very sweet, understanding, caring and helpful BROTHER IN LAW is away. GOD takes me to the station after a nice metro ride and the honest cycle rickshaw man. Reached the station, seeing there is no crowd as it is a local sub station, I put my suitcase on my head and climbed the stairs. I was looking like a modern coolie - well dressed cartoon like. he he..

The train was already there as it was the starting point. God's grace through out...the ticket booked just a few hours ago was a confirmed ticket....I reach the platform to find my coach right next to the stairs. I board the train, open my berth - the middle berth.(MY - temporary possession...we all to leave the world empty handed...too philosophical ha ha)

I'm ready to take a nap. Who is going to wake me up????? Midnight? sorry, early morning..03.20 a.m. I have a nice little sleep and get up at 03.00 a.m. The train reaches Jaipur and I give a call to my uncle who was supposed to be sleeping. To my surprise, he tells me, "Sunny, come to the car parking, I'm on my way". GOD has already completed the picture to perfection, we worry uselessly.

I feel grateful, have a nice sleep for about 2 hours. I asked uncle to wake me up at 06.30 a.m. The little dog - Jimmy...(I'm afraid of dogs) jumps on my bed at 06.20 a.m. WOW. Perfect timing. I shout and protect myself with a pillow.

Ready, I get to meet my cousins. GOD's game continues. My uncle drops me at the school's main gate and I ask for Ms. Malhotra. A very nice meeting with that sweet lady who turned out to be elderly and instead of Ms. Malhotra, she was Ms. Mehrotra. I immediately realised the need to sharpen LISTENING SKILLS. ALWAYS ALERT and OPEN. Being 100% PRESENT at the place we are.

As I return from the school, the Jimmy is on a walk with one of my cousin. As the dog comes closer to me, I was forced to scream, "Mummy....Papa....."

Finally, I reach home quickly change my corporate wear - Black suit, Pink Shirt, Pink Tie...Nice combination? what say?

Fun with my cousins..special moments..real joy of life....sharing and caring. Lets go to the Dining table for lunch. The family is so sweet, each one caring and understanding. Uncle, Aunty and one of my cousins take me to the next venue which was pretty far away.

Such people are rare who help, who do that EXTRA for someone. Mind you....no close relation with them....real far relation and I was meeting them after good 4 years. GOD loves us sooooooooooooo much.

02.00 p.m. Interview - first round - written test. We are made to wait for an hour or so with no signal or announcement. My GOD....we teachers need to be PERFECT ROLE MODELS...have values and love if we expect the students to learn. haha... Nobody can escape this rule. All of us need to be ROLE MODELS even as PARENTS or even as a sibling in the family or a part of society.

4.30 p.m. I give a call to my uncle, he tells me, "I will reach in 15 minutes...."

My GOD....Grace unlimited. They waited for almost 3 hours. Reach home. rest. sleep. Get up..fruits..health is wealth....walk in the park. Something special - lets have dinner outside. After the feast, now sleep and next planner.... Uncle tells me, "Sunny, I will wake you up at 04.00 a.m." Fine....done...I don't mind if someone takes the responsibility of waking me up.

GOD's great plans for us are sure to continue for our lifetime. Uncle woke me up at 04.10 a.m. Aunty gets me breakfast and some paranthas too neatly packed. Done. I take a train and come back. THANKU GOD UNLIMITED.

Life is WOW.

Hope all in HIGH spirits as ALWAYS. It is really nice that we are all BLESSED by the ALMIGHTY with the ability to think and gather knowledge unlike animals. It would be nicer if we use the abilities and decorate our lives with never ending beauty and fragrance.

There is a very special reason behind me blogging today after long. I want to express my inner most joy ......I experienced after reading a blog written by someone who is in her teenage years but sounds like a MATURED THINKER and a MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER who is going to touch the sky for sure. A clear proof of the quotation - "Old age comes by passage of time, but MATURITY comes from deep reflection."

I just learnt a few very important lessons of my life:
a. Learn to Learn.
b. Learn from ALL.
c. Knowledge is POWER. Reading is one of the cool ways to add on knowledge to the store room of ours.
