Life is very simple. Boiling milk will not come out if we turn off the gas. Instead we sometimes try to place a plate.. even if we were to place bricks.. it will come out. Think!
Likewise.. no quick fix solutions work for real life problems. Attending a party.. going to a restaurant.. hanging around with friends or watching a movie. Turn off the desire or expectation button. Best even is turn off ego.
